Slow - no follow up

Slow - no follow up. Prior to ordering, the site did not notify me that my lenses were not in stock, nor that there would be delays. I ordered on the 23rd of July, and was informed, after phoning again, that the lenses were being shipped today.

Fraud, DONT BUY!

I bought $ 300 worth of contact lenses in February 2021. I haven't received my package, 1 month later. They still haven't refund me. The worst company. Customer service does not help. Nightmare. Never buy from their site. Fraud.

At first I was skeptical to order…

At first I was skeptical to order because eye contacts should be very safe since its for the eyes. And i have this sensitive eyes , then i decided to give it a try and inquire about it, called them to confirm that they would ship the contacts on the same day. Ordered it at 9 am and got it by 10 am on the second day. Thanks it works perfectly fine.

Garbage

Sent my contacts in a soaked through package. Contents looked like they were soaked in a chemical of some sort. Unusable. I was the sucker that bought useless insurance. It doesn't cover anything. Customer support "kyle" who never called back like they said he would I believe is running this out of his mothers basement. Or possibly in a van, down by the river.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very poor experience every step of the…

Very poor experience every step of the way. Difficult to talk with anyone and when I finally did they didn't understand their products. Purchased frames only to find out 2 weeks later they were not in stock as promised. Wasted quite a bit of my time for nothing. And their prices weren't that great anyway. Terrible every step of the way for both frames and lenses. I will not do business with this company again. Zero stars.

It was super easy to find the right contact lenses and pick my specific prescription. Choosing where 5% of purchase goes was really nice as well!

Is Contact Lenses Canada a scam or a legit company?

Semi-legit? Is that a thing? If they don't mess anything up (3 complete orders before I had the horror of dealing with them) it appears fine. Shipping is slow. Just look at the negative reviews. They are correct. Any positive review are "got what I ordered". Well good. You should. That's a basic 2 out of 5 score. Doing the absolute bare minimum of what you are promising to do. Just avoid this company. Sooner or later you will have to deal with them.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Contact Lenses Canada?

A:

It can take several attempts. They all have indian accents. Hard to understand. Never spoke to "kyle" (supervisor?) and never will. So not sure if you can understand him, or if it's his "english" name.
